Ferrari and Porsche NEW CONCEPTS

I'm a sucker for Ferrari's and Porsche's because I'm a James Bond kinda guy - the watch - the suit - the car LOL. Ferrari is very reluctant to admit that it's working on an "entry-level" model that is rumored to be a successor to the Dino, so those of us (like me) who can't wait to see it have to take matters into our own hands. I searched and I found the Ferrari F250 Concept Car designed by Idries Omar, who says the low slung, mid-engine supercar you see before you was originally intended to be his take on a new Dino. But let's face it, the name "Dino" makes most people think of The Flintstones, so Omar instead crowned his creation the F250.

The marketable connections being made between cars and mobile phones are becoming more inter-twined in both technology and style than ever before. But I think the most noticeable connection between Porsche the car and Porsche the cellphone is the price-tag...lol. The moment ‘Porsche’ enters into my mind, what comes next is the thousand dollars extra one will pay just for the name, which one would have to pay when ‘luxurizing’ himself with the ‘Porsche’ name.

The phone is a collaborative effort of Porsche and Sagem (French electronics company), and is first released in France, followed by the UK, Romania, Egypt and then Germany. In the US, it is expected to release in the beginning of the 2009 year.
