Kanye West with the release of Graduation (in 2007) exchanged his Polo rugby and gold chain for a button down sweater and V-neck T. He's accredited with having merged the hipster look with hip-hop music. This album was a huge success, and through combining both cultures, the flood gates had opened.
So this is what I wanna know...how does the Hipster Generation dress?
I AM IN DEMAND.COM is interested in anything that's considered Street Couture, which is a fashion statement inspired by the street that takes in all the details. I have seen a variety of different looks, photographs from Milan, London, Japan and New York in my observation of today's young Hipster Generation - how it's people dress and get inspiration, copy solutions – some eccentric, some are less eccentric.
I wanna see how people dress on a Saturday afternoon shopping in Soho, New York, that job interview in Toronto or just hanging out as tourists around Tokyo’s Harajuku and Raponji districts. My boy Sammy is on Business in Korea right now (and if your reading this Sam, along with the rest of the world...email me some pictures).
