Do you remember the Hard Knock Life Tour DVD, Backstage from 2001? Do you remember the guy in the suit who free styled with the biggest MCs at the end of the footage; rapping while Jay-Z and DMX we're in the room? No one knew his name then, but he made one hell of an impression on Jay Z and DMX with his candid delivery. His name is Hashim Hakim and apparently he has an album scheduled to come out entitled, “I Believe” and its getting some rave reviews from people all across the country.
He says: “I was pleased to see people from as far as Canada and Jamaica getting inspired and strengthened by the songs. Hashim says: The album includes inspirational sound bites from Minister Louis Farrakhan and that "this is the best recording that I have ever done".
