Joe Pesci as Nicky Santoro - "How did Nicky collect, don't ask"

Joe Pesci plays Nicky Santoro, based on the real-life Anthony "Tony the Ant" Spilotro, an intimidating enforcer and psychopath. In the movie Nicky is sent by the Chicago Mob to the outfit in Vegas to make sure that money from the Tangiers is skimmed off the top and that the casinos and mobsters in Vegas are kept in line. Casino was a dope movie; its the story of Sam "Ace" Rothstein, a talented Jewish-American sports handicapper who, in 1973, is recruited by Midwest mob bosses to manage the new Tangiers Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas.

Pesci was ruthless in this scene.

"What happened to the fuckin tough guy who told my friend to stick it up his ass?"
- Joe Pesci
