Nike Sportswear has been consistently dropping essential Fall staples for the past few weeks from its Fall 2009 collection. This time around, we are looking at a new Stadium Jacket and a new Varsity Jacket. The classically American Letterman jacket is remade with Thermafill baffled liner, and is lighter and warmer than ever. The body is crafted from molten wool and mixed in with supple glove leather. The Stadium Jacket features ribbed collars and cuffs and embroidered “NSW” letter patch on the sleeves. It is also made in both women’s and men’s sizes, and the women’s jacket is made in a true spirited colorway of red, white and blue.
The Varsity Jacket is simlar to the Stadium Jacket with some varying minor details in the zipper placket and zipped chest pockets. The new line of jackets are great for throwing over your basic khakis or jeans, or can be paired with some trendier colored items for a pop of style.
