Bernard Tschumi’s hyperambitious elliptic city project in Santo Domingo is something I've got my eyes on. This massive eco-friendly mixed-use project just outside the dominican capital has entered its first phase. It will include a newly established caribbean financial center and many other office spaces, a hotel convention center, a shopping mall, residential units and recreational areas. It is projected that approximately 30,000 people will live in Elliptic City after completion.
