Norman Dodd was the Research Director of the United States House of Representatives, and put together a study called the Reece Committee which went into the potential un-American activities of tax-exempt foundations. His document was 16 pages long (some pages are missing) and outlines Dodd's findings on the major foundations push to "change" US education and their many other "endeavors".
