Put the Excitement on Pause for a Minute

Back in March 2008, During a town hall meeting in Lancaster Pennsylvania, Obama was asked about the “North American Union.” For those of you who might not yet know or haven't yet heard about this Union...it is thought to be a theoretical governmental union merging the United States, Mexico and Canada for "trade purposes". When he was asked about the Union he said: “I see no evidence of this actually taking place". So Obama doesn't seem to think that these three countries are forming a European Union-like partnership.

Obama was also asked by the same questioner what his status is with the Council on Foreign Relations, a nonpartisan foreign policy group which Obama attends. He said back then: “I don’t know if I’m an official member. I’ve spoken there before, and it's basically a forum where people talk about foreign policy, and so there’s no official membership,” Obama says further “I don’t have a card or a special handshake or anything like that."

Just one month before that denial in February 2008 - Barack delivered a speech about his vision for North America. He said: "Under George W. Bush, the United States has not lived up to its historic role as a leader in the Western Hemisphere. As president, I will restore that leadership by working to advance the common security and prosperity of all of the people of the Americas. That work must begin with a renewed strategic partnership with Mexico."

The name for the union that was started between The United States, Canada and Mexico is called "THE SECURITY AND PROSPERITY PARTNERSHIP" and this is their website (http://www.spp.gov). Bear in mind that this "Security and Prosperity" agenda has been in existence well before 2005, and I found it interesting that Obama used those very words in his speech.

If I could meet Obama I'd ask him these questions...

If there is no North American Union, then why is there a six lane super-freeway being constructed with government properties stationed all along the way? Why are the tolls along this highway that extend from the Mexican border all the way up through Oklahoma city, Kansas city, Chicago and into Canada, being collected from American motorists only to be given to Mexico which won and owns the right to collect on those tolls for the next fifty years thanks to no-bid contracts?

Why is that highway constructed land now considered property of Mexico? And if it is Mexico's property then why is it on the texas dept of transportation's own website, and why are citizens of Texas fighting to stop this tooth and nail? This staunchly opposed stretch of highway is called the Trans Texas Corridor.

On the website for The Council of Foriegn Relations it states that there will be a common border with the US and Canada with NO immigration enforcement. (On soveriegnity and globalisation by Richard N. Haas) What is the UN report on global bio-diversity assesment otherwise known as Agenda 21, and why has America been complying with it, under both Bush I, Clinton and Bush II? Could this not be the evidence of a possible union with cooperation from all 3 administrations?

"The people" rarely if ever ask the tough questions and even when they do they don't push until they get full answers. If none of this is true, then surely it can be disproven with a little research right? So take five minutes and look into the subject for yourself, there's quite a bit to find out. "The North American Union" is going to be my defining sign.

This North American Union process has been an incremental implementation through various regulations that have gone under many different names. Now in 2008 its called the SPP (Security and Prosperity Plan). U.S. bureaucrats and agencies are caving to the will and dictum of institutions such as the World Trade Organization, World Bank, World Court, NAFTA tribunal, and "study groups" composed of "stakeholders" and "experts" to make the NAU process a reality.

I've been following this NAU trend in the news for years, and nothing would tip me in favor of the conspiracy theorists more then actually seeing a North American Union come into effect. The merging of such vast economies into one major super power economy, the standardizing of North America's currencies into one major regional dollar called..."The Amero" is speculated. This subject has long transcended the blogosphere and has migrated into the mainstream media. Below you can witness first hand the news reports and dicipher for yourself whether you think such claims are plausible. Market instability, and current North American Free Trade were possibly economic precursors for eventual plans to later lull the public into a regional currency acceptance. When I see this development unfold...I will then be able to say that indeed a plan for world amalgamation is fully true. A European Union is complete, a similar union effort is taking place in Africa with the strangely behaving Muammar Qadafi now calling for a United States of Africa "to compete with European markets". Asia is alligning itself to Russia and India more and more. A North American Union seems logical in succession to these events worldwide. Watch and more importantly observe the patterns taking place...
