The Leather Flat Top “Randagio”


These Shades have become another iconic product of Super, the smell of the real leather and the handcrafted artesian work behind these shades give this piece a real uniqueness. I was intrigued because the design is a combination of leather and acetate: called the “Randagio”. Hand covered in top-notch leather with refined gold details that gives it a determined and accurate design.

THE BLACK HAVANA


The Black Havana can easily be defined as “The new black”. This is an attention piece, with a shiny black coating on the exterior of the frame, as it secretly hides a fierce havana acetate on the inside, that reminded me of a tropical Panamanian leopard. No question, wearing these will set you apart from the common sunglass-wearer.

SUPER - Spring/Summer 2010 - “People” Sunglasses

SUPER garnered a lot of attention this year as a direct result of a number of celebrities being seen in a fresh pair of SUPER sunglasses, most notably Kanye West who at one point during the year couldn’t be seen without his SUPER’s on. Now that the brand has developed a name for itself globally, it’s continuing to build upon it’s recent success by introducing new models into it’s collection of eyewear including this Spring/Summer 2010 model, “People”.

Dita Frames: CLOT collaborates on these “FDTD” Sunglasses

Dita is a brand that I have liked and known for a long time. DITA has now worked with Hong Kong’s CLOT crew on the “FDTD” sunglasses. CLOT got to create their very own frame for the collaboration and will be releasing it soon at their Juice retail store in Hong Kong in limited quantities.

I've never wanted so many shades from one brand or from one collection before, but this year's collection by Retro Super Future has shown an even greater improvisation in innovation, a heightening of higher quality standards and they're curating when it comes to the small details (such as hiding the logo between the arm and the frame etc).

SUPER have added several brand-new silhouettes and lenses to their range for Autumn/Winter 2009. The two new shapes are: the Luciano Tre Occhi - a geometric yet classic design – and a four-lensed-side-view spinoff of the FlatTop. The new collection offers a series of fresh colors for the winter and their Zeiss lenses and Italian craftsmanship stand strong. I love this shit...

Dita presents three new styles for summer: the Holiday, Solitaire and Copious. While the Holiday and Solitaire are very similar in shape, the sizing is quite different. The Holiday is about the same size as Dita’s Supa Dupa, while the Solitaire is a smaller more reserved version. Both styles comes in new colors, including turquoise to lavender and purple to smoke crystal gradients. The Copious is a nice large plastic aviator style frame. Although these styles are not for everyone, if you can pull them off they’re definitely a good look. Now available at Dita Legends.

Superdry is a Cheltenham – UK based company which is probably the most emerging fashion brand in the world since David Beckham, Kate Moss and Jude Law were seen sporting the style. Created in 2003 by James Holder, it seems that now they’re popping up everywhere: in the US, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Europe, Scandinavia and others, fusing vintage American fabrics with Japanese inspired twist, I personally like this pair shown above.

I've always been one to dig in the crates, I'm on the hunt for sneakers, and now shades. This pair in the photo is wicked and I would love to know what, where and how much? I'm putting the challenge out to anyone that knows who makes these and where to pick them up online or in person. Sheit...it's almost got me wanting to go to someone custom and have them re-made...theyre dope!
