My Heart Goes out to the people of Japan: Victims of the HAARP Weapon

There is a weapon called HAARP constructed by the US Navy and Army in Alaska's bush country during the early 80s, the Pentagon's widely acknowledged high-tech "sky zapper" also can rattle the earth's substructure (earthquakes). But while the Defense Department acknowledges the program's existence, officials are keeping the "pandora's box" that is HAARP--High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program--classified. Nonetheless, some remarkably eerie circumstantial evidence keeps compiling from many diverse and reputable sources.

It is my belief that this weapon perpetrated humankind's deadliest terrorist attack on Japan recently. In 1996, a Canadian Broadcasting Corporation telecast reported the US Defense Department was then in the initial stages of developing "geophysical warfare"; YouTube.com now hosts the broadcast in two parts, excerpted below.

When Man controls Nature...what happens?

There is a government program called HAARP that has been taking place in Gakona Alaska now for many years, aimed at studying the properties and behavior of the ionosphere.

Ionospheric technology has already proven that it can temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere creating sensational light effects in the sky. HAARP is said to examine the properties of sub-surface topography, using low frequency radar waves that propagate to varying depths below the visible surface of the earth, and they've also conducted wave experiments by shooting beams to the moon's sub surface in seconds. It is somewhat like sonar, except that they are using electromagnetic waves rather than sound waves.

I don't like the conspiracists who focus on alot of "mumbo jumbo" instead of the interesting and changeable real world. And they do this because the grand narratives they have constructed for themselves are usually more interesting then what I had just scientifically described. But this time...the conspiracy theorists might have something on this Ionospheric technology called HAARP. They seem to feel that this compound can be used as an environmental weapon, with disastrous resonance effects in Living Systems, affects on Living Things, on Insects, on Human Brain Waves, with effects on the Weather even, causing Disasters and Earthquakes. The theorists have asked a question that did catch my attention...What exactly do American's get from HAARP, better energy, NO, better weather, NO, better Ionosphere, NO - then WHAT EXACTLY is the purpose of HAARP?

After that I began asking myself the real question...can the powers that be really manipulate the weather? Rain, Hail, Snow and Earthquakes...if so...that would be quite a fantastic claim, not to mention it would be an advance in military science on a scale greater in ingenuity then the atomic bomb. It is the duty of every so called "free" citizen to openly question and find out what we are allowing others to do with a project that has cost the American taxpayers 250 million dollars, especially if they can affect us on a large-scale and perhaps on a world-wide basis!
