Can they get the Illinois governor off the hook? This is the same legal team that last got together to defend another notorious person from Illinois who'd been allegedly caught on tape committing illegal acts: R. Kelly. Interesting that he'd pick this legal team don't you think...he didn't just hire these guys for their rhetorical legal abilities, this is the sort of legal team you hire when you want to exhaust the prosecution's side with every legal means at your disposal.
The older lawyer in the picture - "Ed Genson" has been defending Chicago's most notorious characters since R. Kelly himself was underage. When an Illinois politician gets into trouble; and that happens pretty much every hour, on the hour—the legal-savvy Genson scrambles in to save the day. Adam Jr., who counts Genson as a mentor, and is known in Chicago as a defense attorney on the rise, a first-class orator with a gift for connecting with jurors.
The Governor may get off...
