The Louvre in Abu Dhabi will be located on Saadiyat Island’s new Cultural District, and it will be the world’s largest single concentration of premier cultural institutions. It did cost the U.A.E. $520 Million and the U.A.E. will pay another $727 Million to France for art loans, exhibitions and management advice.
