On Monday, August 10th, Drake & Trey Songz shot the highly anticipated video for their single "Successful." The track will only be available on Trey Songz' third studio album entitled READY, due out September 1st (if you haven't heard Trey's Pre-release Mixtape entitled "Anticipation" you should definitely DOWNLOAD IT; its hard for me to see how he'd top that mix tape effort which in a lot of ways sounded like an album). The video for "Successful" was shot in Toronto Canada and was directed by Jake Davis (Davis is someone I actually admire, and his directing efforts should go a long way in making sure that this video ends up a classic).

"I'll be back in Toronto at the end of the week for a few weeks to edit, vibe with them, and make sure this is the video. Drake and Trey Songz were amazing. Nothing like hearing "Successful" blast through the city streets at 3am on a process trailer while fans run and scream in tow."
