Someone I know sent me a picture of Beyonce studying with Zahi Hawass. Zahi Hawass is an Egyptian archaeologist, an Egyptologist and the current Secretary General of the Egyptian Supreme Council of Antiquities. The both of them seen here in Giza at sunset. Zahi must have been in heaven, especially since Beyonce was nice enough to dress as Isis for him lol. Beyonce played at a Red Sea resort on Friday despite objections by Radical Islamicist groups, who branded it a "sex party" and called Beyonce a "Satanist." You'd think they'd have more important things to worry about these days. Anyway, good to see pop cultural icons interested in matters beyond the everyday consumerism.
