Suspect Andrew Joshua Wirth got agitated this afternoon in court. He attempted to get up during the session, but was quickly tackled and taken away by officers. Wirth is accused of fatally shooting off-duty officer Jennifer Luick and her boyfriend, Gregg Peters, outside a nightclub in the city of Jefferson early Sunday morning.
