Since remotest antiquity serpents have been in some way associated with magic or healing. Many "medical" organisations use a symbol of a short rod entwined by two snakes and topped by a pair of wings, which is actually the caduceus or magic wand of the Greek god Hermes, messenger of the gods, inventor of (magical) incantations, conductor of the dead and protector of merchants and thieves. Today...the protector of merchants and theives is the Federal Drug Administration.
The FDA has the power to make "laws" and enforce them. A lot of people don't know this but they can even make "laws" without congressional approval or debate. In order to protect the profits of the drug industry the FDA passed the most incredibly insane "law" of all time. The FDA has now made as "law" the following statement: "Only a drug can cure, prevent or treat a disease." This is insane. Think about the ramifications.
The FDA has now guaranteed and protected the profits of the drug companies! Only a patented drug according to the FDA, can treat, prevent, or cure a disease". This is how the FDA works to protect the profits of the pharmaceutical lobby and suppress and hide information about natural remedies. Think of herpes for example. Herpes is a virus. We hear ads on TV everyday that say "there is no cure for herpes" therefore, in order to suppress the symptoms, take our beautiful, wonderful drug everyday for the rest of your life.
Imagine what would happen to the publicly traded company and their stock price if they announced "Here is a cure for herpes, simply take this herb for thirty days and you will never have a herpetic breakout ever again. By the way, this herb is not patented and it only costs three dollars." That company would loose billions of dollars in profits and valuation. Its stock price would plummet. Therefore, there is no incentive to cure herpes. The incentive is to keep you brainwashed into believing there is no cure for herpes, and the only solution to the "symptoms" is drugs. If I happen to know a cure for herpes, I cannot say so. Because if I say so I am now making a medical claim and according to the FDA, I would now be breaking the law.
One such man did make such claims and was charged by New York's Supreme Court in defense of there law, his name is Dr Sebi and he was absolved of all charges on all counts when it was discovered that his natural treatments (which he terms "electric intra-cellular food") did in fact work with great results.
The forces that were arrayed against Dr Sebi are the pharmaceutical companies who put great pressure on the FDA which in turn puts great pressure on the courts to make it especially hard for anyone who is a holistic healer to declare a cure. Millions upon millions of people live with shame, being ostracized and stigmatized and they'll all become perpetual customers of the magicians/pharmacists.
Pharmacy / "Pharmakeia" of Greek origin from which we get our English words: Pharmacy, Pharmacist etc. Definition: (far-mak-i'-ah); from medication ("pharmacy"), i.e. (by extension) Magic (literally or figuratively). So if you thought sorcery was something that ended with Merlin the magician or the many others who wore pointed hats, think again; sorcery is in fact very much alive and is being used in many forms on a massive scale.
What happens when we don't rely on these magicians, well, here's just a small example: In 1976, doctors in Los Angeles went on strike because of the rising cost of malpractice insurance. All elective and non-emergency surgery and medical attention were canceled. During that time, 18 percent fewer people died than usual lol.
Did you know that the technical scientific term for a human or animal that is killed during a medical experiment is called a “sacrifice?” You ought to be able to draw a chilling conclusion from that alone.
When people still look at me with weirdness and disbelief, I call there attention to what every docter has to profess before becoming a licensed physician.
The Hippocratic Oath: "I swear by Apollo, the healer, Asclepius, Hygieia, and Panacea, and I take to witness all the gods, all the goddesses, to keep according to my ability and my judgment, the following Oath and agreement..."
As it continues...the 2 things that stood out the most to me were: "I will not give a lethal drug to anyone if I am asked, nor will I advise such a plan; and similarly I will not give a woman a pessary to cause an abortion." (I had to laugh, cause this does not apply to today)
And Secondly: "All that may come to my knowledge in the exercise of my profession or in daily commerce with men, which ought not to be spread abroad, I will keep secret and will never reveal."
