This is republican Ron Paul in a 1988 interview; he's remained on message till this very day, still consistent, still the only guy in my opinion who may be too truthful for what is a duped and uniformed American electoral base. Those who've never voted in their entire life should evaluate this man's political career and make the choice to vote ONCE for the first time in their lives, and vote Ron Paul 2012!

As of late, everyone’s got ‘Kanye West’ in their mouths (and I've avoided the hype until now anyway). Recently, President Barack obama spoke on the incident when questioned about Kanye upstaging country singer Taylor Swift during Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards. Since then, Kanye has apologized via his blog. Taylor herself spoke on it earlier today on The View. And even better, reports have come out stating Kanye even called Taylor to issue an apology over the phone. Now in the audio below, Obama does call Kanye a ‘jackass’ but I find all of this funny because it was suppose to be off the record. The irony of a news article leaking something that was supposed to be off the record.

Obama is a cult following: Is any politician worth getting a tattoo?

Hmmmm...the first African-American president, OK...he is certainly a symbol of a high point in American history, but is any politician worth getting a tattoo? What if he starts doing things like pushing old women down stairs and running over kittens in a monster truck on the White House lawn? What will be of your Obama tattoo at that point lol? Regardless, there are apparently plenty of people who think that putting Obama’s face on their skin for life is a good idea.

“We did have a big Facebook presence and MySpace. When we started, Twitter wasn’t really around, it was at the end. The real drivers were old school, email and web [traditional websites for the campaign]. President Barack Obama might piss off the Tobacco Companies

WASHINGTON - President Barack Obama is set to sign into law an anti-smoking bill that will give the federal government unprecedented authority to regulate tobacco. Obama is scheduled to sign the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act on Monday. The law allows the regulatory Food and Drug Administration to reduce nicotine in tobacco products, ban candy flavorings and block labels such "low tar" and "light." Tobacco companies also will be required to cover their cartons with large graphic warnings.

The law won't let the FDA ban nicotine or tobacco outright, but the agency will be able to regulate the contents of tobacco products, make public their ingredients and prohibit marketing campaigns, especially those geared toward children.
