President Barack Obama's wife Michelle is the cover girl for the March edition of fashion magazine Vogue.
Michelle Obama is only the second American First Lady, first was Hilary Clinton in 1998, who has taken the place of a model on a Vogue cover. She chose her own outfits for the photographs and said she knew her wordrobe was under scrutiny. In the cover portrait, she wears a magenta silk dress designed by Jason Wu. Mrs. Obama's sense of style has proved to be influential. When she dressed her family in clothes from J. Crew on inauguration day, the company's shares increased 10 percent, and I'm sure that wasn't part of the newly passed stimulus package lol.
