Workout Update: I've opted for Muay Thai Training...and it's tough

So...attention blog readers, for those of you who don't know yet, I had recently challenged a co-worker (who works with me in the City of Toronto, in my field of social work - that's what I do when I'm not working in Entertainment Marketing) to a boxing match, and we've decided that it's going to take place in 6 months time, a 3 round, 2 minute each round contest to see whose the best all around technical knock out artist. Along with my P90x training for stamina and fitness is my Muay Thai training, because it's really good for developing your center of gravity which is where all of your punching power comes from. My thunderous right hand is gonna lay waste to Walter...lol

As you can see here below the shit-talking has already started on Facebook...

And I intend to make quick work of this chump (Sorry Walter) lol.

A Workout called P 90 X - I will train for 6 months...

Officially it starts...

I challenged this Chump at work to a boxing match in 6 months, and I intend to win unanimously and convincingly. I've got 6 months to train, I think we're even gonna sell tickets within the City of Toronto to generate interest, whether we do or whether we don't, it doesnt matter...I will get into the ring in 6 months and knock this chump out...lol (Sorry Walter). I'll be using my 6 months wisely...the first few months will be strength training and getting cut physically with a workout called P90X...it's what all of these celebs are using to get results in the most painfully quick way...lol. And then...its on to the boxing training...everyone thinks they can throw a pretty decent punch, but I intend on throwing that decisive punch, that very accurate punch...so wish me luck...my training starts now.

A video of where I hope to be in 3 months and beyond...
