Bab'Aziz - The Prince Who Contemplated His Soul is the story of a blind dervish named Bab'Aziz and his spirited grand daughter, Ishtar. Together they wander the desert in search of a great reunion of dervishes that takes place just once every thirty years. With faith as their only guide, the two journey for days through the expansive, barren landscape.

To keep Ishtar entertained, Bab'Aziz relays the ancient tale of a prince who relinquished his realm in order to remain next to a small pool in the desert, staring into its depths while contemplating his soul. As the tale of the prince unfolds, the two encounter other travelers with stories of their own --including Osman, who longs for the beautiful woman he met at the bottom of a well, and Zaid, who searches for the ravishing young woman who fled from him after being seduced by his songs. A fairytale-like story of longing and belonging, filmed in the enchanting and ever-shifting sand scapes of Tunisia and Iran.

So long as we continue to view things through our own behavioral and cultural lens, we will always withhold from ourselves a knowledge that could be attained from other cultures more ancient than our own. In order for this to happen we have to remove certain stereotypes from our minds, and root out the deeper meanings without passing a judgment. Information like the kind you are about to see was common knowledge to humans once upon a time, but now it's been all but virtually forgotten by the majority of people.

The man in the video below is a wise teacher; his name is Swami Sundaranand and he is one of the last great hard-core Yogis who lives in Gangotri (in the Himalayas) on the Sacred River Ganges. To meet with this man you would have to seek him out, and when watching this video I could tell that he speaks to many foreigners; judging by his basic command of the English language. This video is the first stage of a practice called Pranayama (the power of your being is realized when you are taught the correct breathing and posturing techniques).





What this man is saying is very real but can only be understood through practice, and it's very easy to go a whole lifetime without an "eye opening" experience. Social dogma and monotonous religious conditioning have done a good job at keeping people from their potential. Get past the man's accent and his funny looking garb and really try to listen, and you will have taken a significant step towards enlightenment and self improvement.

A Mystic explains 2012: The Coming of the "Kalki Maitreya Avatar" and the Four Horsemen

There is a scare about the year 2012, many intellectuals postulate various theories about what might happen. Below is a video illustrating the many possibilities predicted by these theorists.



Yogiraj Gurunath Siddhanath was born in Gwalior, which is in (northern) India on May 10, 1944, and is descended from the ancient family of Ikshavaku Rama. Though he belonged to a royal family, with all the comforts of palace life, he was born a Siddha: (A siddha सिद्ध in Sanskrit means "one who is accomplished" and refers to perfected masters who, according to Hindu belief, have transcended the ahamkara "the ego"). He had experienced spontaneous enlightened states from the age of 3. Because of these spiritual realizations from a very young age, he cast away his royal ties after completing his educational responsibilities and fulfilled his calling as a Yogi. In the video below he candidly speaks about what he feels is a 2012 hysteria and speaks on the coming of a spiritual figure called the "Kalki Maitreya Avatar".

The pineal gland, also known by some as the THIRD EYE is the magical store house of your secret power. It takes years of work for some people to be able to understand this part of the body. When the pineal gland is activated, one can traverse the imagination as if you are lucid dreaming. Psychedelics definitely activate the gland, most people cant handle this "awareness of the self" because their ego's and constructed personalities are what's taken to be real.
