Good Music Never Dies...

At number One - Karina Pasian (only 16 years old)

Karina is of Dominican and Armenian descent. Pasian first began taking piano lessons at the age of three from her babysitter, and began classical piano training while in kindergarten. She began working with a vocal coach when she was eight.[1] She learned how to sing in seven different languages (English, Spanish, Italian, Russian, French, Armenian, and Arabic), and is fluent in two (English and Spanish)

2) The Amazing...Jasmine Sullivan

Just as I was wondering where the hell Lauryn Hill was...I found Jasmine Sullivan.
She makes the soul music I love listening to, PERIOD. Look out for her...she will grow musically.

3) Soulful Import from the United Kingdom...her name is Adele (19 years old).

I dub her the new age Queen of "Heartbroken Soul" alot of her content is very heavy hearted, but vocally she is very soulfully melodic. If you don't care about taking in some sad songs, then check her vocals out, she's quite refreashing...and reminiscent of Amy Whinehouse in a way.

Check her out: http://adele.tv/

4) DUFFY - the Jazz singer slayer...lol

In her teens Duffy wanted and expected to be a world famous pop star and let others use her "as a vehicle for their vision not mine". At age 18 thinking her dreams were not going to come true she "became almost a quite withdrawn singer." After a re-evaluation she decided to just make music for no other purposes than her own fulfillment. At Age 24, you can now hear how she wants to sound...and it sounds pretty good.

5) Luton Fyah (I pump this Reggae music in the car)

FYAH...is not the Queen's English "Fire" nah...its FYAH lol...
He's a vibrant and ruthless reggae artist of the rastafarian movement. Luton says: "I grew up around sound systems, therefore music flows through my bones".
And that's it for now...I'll post again with some more favorites.
Good Music never dies...
