This is why I do all of my communications via armored carrier pigeon, rigged to explode should they stop flying. OK I'm obviously kidding, but honestly, the only way around the Feds not listening to you is for you to take your battery out, like...HOLY F*&?%. I had a friend who used to get anomalous feedback while using his cell. He asked me if I thought he was wiretapped, and I said there was only one way to make sure lol, I suggested he get a new phone under someone else's name. He did, and he never heard those anomalous noises again.
