T-Mobile Dumps Charles Barkley
Just as I said they would...corporations like T-Mobile dumped Charles Barkley from their 'Fav 5' ad campaign because of his recent DUI arrest.
T-Mobile says: “Given the recent developments, for the time being, we’ve replaced TV ads featuring Mr. Barkley with more general-market advertising. As he works through his personal matters, we will evaluate where to go from here.”
The intrinsic value contained within a popular person's marketed name is priceless, once tarnished it's hard to instill consumer confidence again in the personality selling the product, credibility is everything...
