J. Cole & Drizzy connect for a cut off J Cole's “Friday Night Lights” mixtape that’s available now. This song "In the Morning" was Produced by L&X Music and a notable mention is Drake's voice that literally sounds as if he had gotten up in the morning to record to this, his voice sounded raspy and gave it the morning effect.
Shout out to my homie Tara who was involved in the promotions and marketing of J cole's mixtape, and congrats to J Cole breaking the mixtape download barrier, at one point it was something like 4 thousand downloads a second...that's amazing.
