The issue of Role Models: Fresh Prince and Jazzy Jeff weigh in
DJ Jazzy Jeff talks about how he and the Fresh Prince got their start. Then, Will talks about his feelings on being a role model. It's funny because of all the rappers today the Fresh Prince is the safest and the most widely used as a means of contrast in the argument of role models in rap music.

Obama x Run DMC fusion (Run DC T-Shirt)
This is dope...I want one.
In the spirit of this T-Shirt (above) I found a vintage live performance by DJ Jazzy Jeff, and it opens up with a Run DMC intro, catalogued and filed from back in 1989...and you could tell by how he cuts up the records. It's pretty dope to hear how Hip Hop was spun back in "my day". If you appreciate the essence of Hip Hop history, then you'd be transported back in time with this very rare set by DJ Jazzy Jeff.
