Cool Commercial: LeBron Vs Howard (ft. Larry Bird)

Even-though I'll never eat McDonalds again (unless they cut me a cheque lol) This was a dope commercial just because it featured Larry Bird in the ending (and that ain't no easy dude to get a hold of for commercials).

Oh by the way...Go Celtics!!!! lol

Shaq gets buff for his new reality show and the NBA season with Lebron

Via: thehoopdoctors.com

Shaquille O’Neal has a new reality TV show that he's filming over the summer break. If you haven’t heard about it, it will be called “Shaq Vs.” Each week in ‘Shaq Vs’ the big fella will be challenging stars at other professional sports, it will always be a one on one match, against himself, in their particular sport of excellence. O’Neal figures the differing sport training will provide him with the type of versatility and stimulation he needs to train over the summer and stay in shape.

The first “Shaq Vs.” episode was shot this week and for the premiere episode Shaq challenged NFL QB Ben Roethlisberger in some sort of football match. While there are no spoilers being leaked for you yet on who won the game, word is Shaq is calling himself “The Big Field General” throughout the episode.

Lebron James and the Cavs Bury the Pistons in Game 4

LeBron James had 36 points, 13 rebounds and eight assists as the Cavs beat the Pistons, 99-78, in Game 4 of their playoff series. The Pistons have been swept out of the playoffs, and I couldn't believe it all throughout the series, and had I bet money I would have lost BIG (and i'm sure the sports analysts were wrong on this one even if by a small margin - no one had predicted that Detriot would lose this badly). Little by little I become more and more of a believer in this KING JAMES guy, and perhaps he is on his way to being the mightiest basketball player I've seen in years, I mean you always knew he was good...but good enough to sweep the seasoned veteran pistons like that? Daaamn!!! Lebron and company made the Pistons look like the friggen Supersonics back in the 90's...lol...SWEEEEP! (someone get a broom)

The Top 2 Athletic Giants for 2009 - Lebron and Woods (hands down)

Tiger:

Woods, whose annual endorsement income is estimated to top $100 million thanks to Nike, Buick and other successful suitors, will maintain his leading role as the top pitchman in all sports. He is becoming more appealing as he ages — the fact that he’s a family man with baby Sam Alexis has humanized this once-robotic superstar. The chance that the U.S. will recover the Ryder Cup on home soil in Louisville — and that Woods may, for once, play to his potential in that tournament — is an added bonus for those looking to sign him.

Lebron:

James has become the must-see player in the NBA, and his poise and business acumen off the court (he even runs his own marketing company) is attractive to many firms. Expect the U.S. star to break out big in China — where a LeBron Nike sneaker was recently introduced — during the Summer Olympics, leading to international endorsement offers. Already estimated by Fortune to bring about $25 million a year from endorsements, his one drawback is playing in small-market Cleveland (and on a Cavalier team that flails without him). Yet at 23, barring injuries, he has the most marketing potential of anyone in the NBA over the next 15 years.

Lebron James: More than a Game...(Movie Trailer)

Five talented young basketball players from Akron, Ohio star in this remarkable true-life coming of age story about friendship and loyalty in the face of great adversity. Coached by a charismatic but inexperienced player’s father, and led by future NBA superstar LeBron James, the “Fab Five’s” improbable seven-year journey leads them from a decrepit inner-city gym to the doorstep of a national high school championship. Along the way, the close-knit team is repeatedly tested—both on and off the court—as James’ exploding worldwide celebrity threatens to destroy everything they’ve set out to achieve together. More Than A Game combines a series of unforgettable one-on-one interviews with rare news footage, never-before-seen home videos, and personal family photographs to bring this heart-wrenching and wholly American story to life.
