Mixtape Project: My Drunken Universe (it's about the chaos and order of Love)

I've tried my hand at producing before, I've made a few singles for artists that I've believed in; but now I'm doing the musical project that I've wanted to do for a long time. A beat CD entitled "My Drunken Universe", and it's going to feature artists from around the world. This beat below is only a snippet, it contains a sample from a french song: Charles Aznavour - Comme ils disent, and a scene from the movie "The Notebook".

The project's theme will be about how LOVE intoxicates and it's many facets, from both male and female rappers who will feature on the project. I'm open to offers from artists who might be interested in the project. Email me at: Productindemand@gmail.com

Staple Design uses a very old maxim in the shape of a well-formed fashion style.

There is a centuries-old proverb that's still remembered and upheld by a very small minority who believe that discretion is a form of wisdom. For Spring 2011, designer Jeff Staple and his Staple Design outfit introduces that very maxim in the shapes of well-formed styles. A composition of mostly outerwears and shirting, the collection highlights design details rather than the presumptuous patterns – the taped seams found on the inside of the Gondry Tech Jacket, the buttoned sleeve pocket of West Button Shirt, or the Bogart Cargo Pants’ camouflaged cuff. Every piece features the ubiquitous copper “staple” and its own collection tab as a reminder, that sometimes, silence speaks volumes.

The Gunbrella - Something The Joker would use against Batman...lol

This is the right weapon to fend off mother nature, it has a pop gun style that goes BANG! and the graphic is printed on the canopy. The Gunbrella is a real £10.99 (~$18) product that looks like one of those pop-guns with the flag that comes out; that the Joker would point at Batman. Except it's an umbrella. But it does have an auto-open "trigger" so you can still aim it at people and scare them.

Microsoft and Hip Hop - Rapper Common starts clothing line

Last year, Chicago emcee Common announced plans to partner with Microsoft and create an innovative new line of t-shirts called Softwear. After several months, Common has unveiled the first Hip-Hop centered product from the brand, and it is aptly titled “The Creator: The Code of Hip-Hop.” The all-black shirt features the full lyrics of Common’s 1994 classic “I Used to Love H.E.R.” written in 80s computer font. In addition, the acclaimed Chicago emcee has designed three other shirts showcasing throwback styles in phrasing, dress, and social courtesy.

Common says: "I wanted the vision to be progressive, I wanted it to be fresh-looking. I wanted it to bring a certain nostalgia that you feel like man, this is incredible artwork and I want to wear this and I want it to reflect beauty, creativity and humanity. So some of the shirts got messages some of it bring...all of it got a purpose, all of it's got a certain nostalgia of '85 and that era. They did it to cell phones, now it's done to cars. Look at this BMW spider-web of bling...not sure if you'd wanna put that many rocks on your car...someone might come along and pluck them off. But it does make you look at them...imagine one of these racing by you on the highway...lol. Does Car insurance allow this?

I saw it on the shelves and I wondered how many women would make this issue a collectors edition...with the words out front..."America's First Lady"...it's one to grab right? It's to be displayed until the 17th of February and then the new styles come out for March.

Fila's 70’s classic fitness model, Japanese fusion.

I used to be a Fila-head back in the day...


I almost like anything that is a japanese fusion product when it comes to Hip Hop couture and fashion. Fila gets together with Japanese brand Product on their classic 70’s Fitness model. The sneaker comes in a black suede/black croc colorway with minor Gucci details around the ankle. The Fila logo appears as a gold print on the heel and on the tongue flap. The Fila x Product 70’s Fitness will be released February 14th.

Imagine not having to worry about airports anymore, or luggage weight...you can just pack up the suitacases and your family and take to the skies. And wouldn't this be the greatest get away car in a robbery heist? Yea the imagination can run wild when there's no place you can't go.






I guess I better go and take some flying lessons...lol

Vans x Usugrow Spring 2009 Pack | Sk8 Hi, Sk8 Low, and the Half Cab

These are the upcoming Vans x Usugrow Pack. The pack consists of the Sk8 Hi, Sk8 Low and a Half Cab. All three come with black uppers and tonal embroideries. The encarved graphics in the mid-sole of these shoes are what make them a favorite detail for me in this new collaboration between Vans and the Japanese artist.
